Resurfacing and replaster
Plaster has a service life. When it stains, roughens or delaminates, the pool is resurfaced: chip out the old interior, repair the shell, and apply a new PebbleTec or plaster finish. Replaster is also the moment to correct a shell that was never quite right.
Tile, coping and decking
Waterline tile and coping are what your eye actually reads. Replacing them changes a pool more than anything else you can do for the money. Decking can be resurfaced, overlaid, or torn out and repoured in a modern material at the same time.
Equipment and automation
Variable-speed pumps, modern cartridge filtration, heaters, salt and in-line chlorination, LED lighting, and phone-controlled automation. Equipment replacement is the fastest-moving part of any remodel: most items are 48 hours out if they are in stock.
Structural repair and reshaping
Shell repair, new skimmers and returns, raising a beam, adding a spa or a tanning ledge to an existing pool, or bringing a dated shape up to date. Structural work is engineered and permitted to the same standard as new construction.
