Decking
Poured concrete in a range of finishes, natural stone, porcelain pavers, and travertine. Flatwork alone runs about two weeks. With outdoor kitchens, fire pits and seat walls in the same scope, budget four weeks or more — it is the single largest swing in a build schedule.
Outdoor kitchens and bars
Built-in grills, refrigeration, sinks, pizza ovens, swim-up and standing bars, and the counter material to match the coping. Gas, water and power are trenched with the pool utilities.
Walls, pergolas and planting
Seat walls, raised planters, retaining walls where the grade demands them, pergolas and shade structures, and the hardscape that ties the pool back to the house.
Cover-ready construction
If the project includes an automatic cover, the channel visit lands after the shell's 14-day hydration and before coping, with brackets and cover following plaster. Planning that sequence from the start is what lets the cover sit flush and out of sight.
